Get a futon designed to fit under our lofts here

You can open up plenty of extra floor space with these lofts! This will give you the space to have a couch, futon, entertainment center, or whatever in your room.

The beds are set-up, ready to go when you arrive on campus in August. We do all the hard work. You just move in! You could open space with a single loft on your own. Rooms also work well with two single lofts.

Important Information:
$35 fee for bad check. Rental orders must be received by August 5th. Rentals will be filled based on the order they are received. If we run out of beds, we will attempt to obtain new beds. If we are unable to fill your order by the time classes start, we will contact you to see if you want to wait for the parts to arrive or have your order refunded. Rental period is from August to May. Rental price includes setup and tear-down. There are no refunds on beds that have already been setup in the designated room. If your refund request is received before the loft is set up in your room, your refund will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
