The Futons are in your room when you arrive on campus in August. (assembly required) We do all the hard work. You just move in!

Important Information:
$35 fee for bad check. Rental orders must be received by August 5th. Rentals will be filled based on the order they are received. If we run out of beds, we will attempt to obtain new beds. If we are unable to fill your order by the time classes start, we will contact you to see if you want to wait for the parts to arrive or have your order refunded. Rental period is from August to May. Rental price includes setup and tear-down. There are no refunds on beds that have already been setup in the designated room. If your refund request is received before the loft is set up in your room, your refund will be subject to a $15 processing fee.
