| The beds are set-up, ready to go when you arrive on campus in August. We do all the hard work. You just move in! You could open space with a single loft on your own. Rooms also work well with two single lofts. |

Lofts are available in Woodlawn, Tower, Firestine and Ferncliff Halls and these lofts are the only loft beds permitted in these residence halls at Wittenberg. Rental orders must be received by August 1st to guarantee delivery and setup prior to your arrival on campus. Rentals will be filled based on the order they are received. Loft beds are in limited supply and orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Rental period is from August to May. Rental price includes setup and tear-down. Mid-year removals are subject to a $60.00 fee. There are no refunds on beds that have already been setup in the designated room. If your refund request is received before the loft is set up in your room, your refund will be subject to a $15 processing fee. Futon in photo is only an example of what can be placed under the single loft and are not included.
