Futons are a purchased product, yours to keep at the end of the school year.

The Futons are in your room when you arrive on campus in August.(assembly required) We do all the hard work. You just move in!

Futon purchase for $199.00 plus tax.

Important Information:
$35 fee for bad check. Rental orders must be received by August 5th. All orders placed after August 5th will incur a $20 late order fee. Inventory is limited. Rentals will be filled based on the order they are received. Rental period is from August to May. Rental price includes setup and removal. There are no refunds on products that have already been delivered and setup in the designated room. If your refund request is received before the product is set up in your room, your refund will be subject to a $15 processing fee. Orders placed after the pre-order deadline will be handled by service ticket. The Open Space Concepts team will contact you within 1-2 business weeks from your order date to schedule an individual appointment for delivery and assembly.
